Trauma Therapy -
Brainspotting and EMDR

Do You Feel Numb, Panicky, Hopeless?

Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • You sometimes wake up feeling like you're dying.

  • You feel unable to do your day-to-day responsibilities.

  • You are in a constant state of panic and it rules your life.

  • You feel dread, fear, strange thoughts, and a pounding heart.

  • You feel fear-stricken, even in the "comfort" of your own home.

If these sound true to you, I want you to know that even though you may feel alone, know that many people in your circumstances need support considering the many challenges you are facing. Even if you don't believe you deserve care, you do. You deserve to take care of yourself.

Trauma Therapy Can Help You Get Your Life Back

It’s possible to feel better. Imagine a life where you could...

  • Stop worrying all the time.

  • Shift into a more positive and hopeful outlook on life.

  • Finally, be free from years of constant anxiety and panic attacks.

  • Get to the root problems and solve those instead of using band-aids.

Step Back And Focus On Healing

Trauma therapy helps you rise above your challenges and start moving toward your ideal life with less suffering and more fulfillment. You will get the effective skills you need to move through difficult life experiences and finally resolve things from your past.

Even if you are not usually comfortable opening up to people, Trauma therapy may be able to help. I've helped people struggling with anxiety, panic, and depression due to traumatic experiences break free from the pain and start living their lives joyfully.

How Brainspotting Therapy Works

Brainspotting therapy consists of 60-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns.

Brainspotting is an innovative and non-invasive process that uses the power of the mind to heal the body. It can be used for any condition that is emotionally or somatically based but is particularly effective with trauma-based situations, helping to identify and heal underlying trauma that contributes to anxiety, depression, and other behavioral conditions.

How EMDR Therapy Works

EMDR therapy consists of 60-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a form of psychotherapy that enables clients to heal from various symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences.  Eye movements and other forms of bilateral stimulation are used to activate the brain's ability to facilitate self-healing.
